Program Description: This messaging program sends realtor match updates, appointment confirmation and reminder messages to customers who have submitted a request through our website or scheduling forms, and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications. Opt-in is collected via web forms with a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent. Messages include match status updates, appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling updates, and customer support communications.

Cancellation Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the same number that sent you messages. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Hello Sellr LLC operates a free referral service that connects homeowners with expired real estate listings to local, independent real estate agents who may be a better fit for their property and selling goals. We are not a real estate brokerage, we do not represent buyers or sellers in a transaction, and we do not guarantee that any property will sell or that any introduction will result in a listing agreement.

Submitting a form or request through this Site does not create a listing agreement, an agency relationship, or any obligation to work with a referred agent. Any decision to list, sell, or work with a real estate professional is made directly and solely between you and the licensed agent you choose to engage.

If a referred agent successfully lists and sells your property, that agent may compensate Hello Sellr LLC through a professional referral arrangement. This compensation does not create any cost to you and does not affect the terms of any agreement you make with the agent.

This Site and all materials available on the Site are the property of Hello Sellr LLC and/or our affiliates or licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Site is provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

Referral Agent Status

Real estate agents referred through this service are independent, licensed professionals and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Hello Sellr LLC. We do not supervise, control, or guarantee the work of any referred agent.

Your relationship with any agent you choose to work with, including any listing agreement, commission terms, or service expectations, is governed solely by the agreement you enter into directly with that agent.
